How do I create a Tamil Jothidar account?
Download Tamil Jothidar from the Google Play Store. Enter your phone number and verify it with the OTP sent to you via SMS. That's it — your account is ready.
How does billing work?
Consultations are billed per minute. Recharge your in-app wallet before starting a consultation. The per-minute rate is displayed on each astrologer's profile. Billing starts when the astrologer accepts your session and stops when either party ends it.
What if a call drops during my consultation?
If a call drops due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund for the disrupted session. Contact us at support@marriagelife.in with your consultation details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for technical failures or service disruptions. Email support@marriagelife.in with your phone number and a description of the issue.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our account deletion page and submit a request with your registered phone number. Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
What permissions does the Tamil Jothidar app need?
Tamil Jothidar requires microphone access for voice calls, and notification permissions for consultation alerts. All permissions can be managed from your device settings.
